We are currently seeking a Product Designer to join our dynamic, collaborative team.

As a Product Designer you will improve the usability of W2O’s and Hū’s Product Suite/Patient Insights Platform] by creating new designs and enhancing existing ones, via the applications of core design principles: Designing, Modelling, Prototyping and Testing.

All W2O employees are currently working remote; once our offices re-open, this position can continue to be fully remote or work in any of our offices, including New York City, Philadelphia, Austin, Chicago, Boston, San Francisco, and Florham Park, NJ.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching client processes and/or market requirements.
  • Developing design concepts via sketches and wireframes to determine the best product.
  • Establishing the design brief including concept, performance and production criteria as specified by potential and existing clients.
  • Employing design concepts into functional prototypes.
  • Testing the design concept with Product Advisory Board/Clients/Hū Subject Matter Experts.
  • Producing final design specifications.
  • Identifying available resources/materials and assess suitability of said resources/materials to the Hū Product Suite/Patient Insights Platform] needs.
  • Participating in specialist or multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Suggesting improvements to design and performance to product engineers.
  • Arranging meetings and liaising with Product Owner, Business Analysts, Dev Team, UX/UI Lead, SMEs and other departments.
  • Presenting design proposals, concepts, and wireframes to Product Strategy and Delivery team, wireframes.
  • Coordinating with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase.
  • Modifying and revising existing designs to meet customer expectations.
  • Remaining up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Relevant work experience as a product designer preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal.
  • Good understanding of color science and combinations.
  • Artistic and innovative flair.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Meticulous and diligent.
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Ability and flexibility to work on global team.
