Our design squad is a multi-disciplinary team comprising product design, product owners, and engineering. We work cross-functionally with just about every team to deliver a unified customer experience that inspires and brings value to our diverse customer base.

We are looking for our second Product Designer teammate who cares deeply about our customers and distilling complex problems into thoughtful, beautiful, holistic experiences. We’re looking for those who naturally do their best work when collaborating with engineering, product, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Work with a product owners, engineers, product marketing, and product design leadership to to create holistic end-to-end experiences
• Support product design leadership across a number of product initiatives, design system maintenance and cross-functional advocacy
• Explore and refine concepts, then narrow to the best solution, weighing technical feasibility and scope with your team
• Work in Sketch to deliver elegant solutions to the right problems, advocating for our diverse customer base with data and in-depth research to help meet their unique needs
• Work in InvisionApp to contribute to, document, and maintain our growing Design System
• Work in FullStory and ProductBoard to analyze and synthesize customer behavior and feedback
• Explore ideal solutions and develop roadmaps of incremental innovations that move us closer to those ideal solutions over time

Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in user interface and experience design
• A portfolio of work that shows you were directly responsible for the success of high impact projects and initiatives that have benefited end-users
• Strong expertise and background in developing modern and delightful enterprise experiences
• Experience in creating, contributing to, and maintaining design systems
• Mastery of Sketch, InvisionApp, and other design tools
• Comfortable working across multiple projects at once
• Flexible and productive in the face of ambiguity and change during a project
• Proactive collaborator and communicator, experienced in working within cross-functional teams
• Experience presenting user experience goals and advocating for design choices with senior leadership
• Proven track record of self-direction and follow-through

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (encouraged, but not required)
