We are growing quickly and are looking for a talented Product Designer to join the team!
If you were working for us today, you would be:

  • Translating business and user needs and technology constraints into solution concepts that are meaningful, easy to use, and engaging
  • Designing products from high-level concepts through the development process
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure vision and execution alignment
  • Influencing product teams and the organization to achieve solutions that are right for our customers
  • Following existing design systems and style guides to create mock-ups that ensure a consistent experience
  • Designing new components or patterns to the existing design systems and style guides
  • Using research data, design principles, or other objective information to support and promote design decisions and recommendations
  • Participating and occasionally leading usability testing sessions and interpret data to use in designs
  • Demonstrating knowledge of our design processes by effectively working through the correct process for each design
  • Creating information architectures, task flows, user interaction models, wireframe screen flows, prototypes, detailed designs, design briefs, design specifications, and guidelines with little direction
  • Leading and supporting discovery of the project lifecycle, including plan and conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews, analytics, audits and benchmarking
  • Participating in design team critique sessions to provide feedback on other designers' work


You may be a fit for our team if you have;

  • A bachelor's degree in a related discipline (UX, HCI, Industrial Design, Cognitive Psychology, Product design, Graphic Design, etc.) or equivalent related professional experience
  • 4+ years' experience in design, including multi-platform application, product, graphic design, digital media or related
  • Demonstrated proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Framer, Invision, etc.
  • An online portfolio that demonstrates the work including conceptual diagrams, user journey maps, user flows, information architecture, storyboards, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of user-centered design product development
  • Familiarity with different data collection techniques and design products based on data analysis
  • Experience using user research methods, analytics, and other insights to guide product design direction
  • Proficiency in information architecture, user flows and cross-platform flows
  • Ability to create original, imaginative, and creative designs dependent on the project assigned.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effectively builds and manages relationships across teams and functions
  • Able to communicate complex ideas, goals, and problems in a way that is easy for others not familiar with the project to understand
  • Knowledge of mobile interface design across multiple operating systems
