We are seeking a Senior Designer (contract) to join our marketing team and build engaging and impactful brand creative. A passion for both print and digital marketing is a must. This role will lead visual/graphic design for the brand and is responsible for executing multi-channel concepts and designs in collaboration with marketing, product, experience design and the business.

Who You Are

• BA/BS degree in Design, Advertising or a related field
• A strong portfolio is required for consideration for this position
• At least 5 years creative experience at an agency or in-house. Bonus points for experience designing for retail or healthcare brands.
• Deep understanding of design functions: typography, layout, color theory, photography, and copy.
• Design skills in digital and print media outputs across all platforms -- including how to create and output animated gifs, email campaigns, blog images, press releases, static / animated banners, brochures, mail pieces, trade show materials, and presentation decks to be consistent with overall campaign
• Experience developing brand identities and guidelines
• While not required, we’d like to know if you have any of these skills: motion graphics or video editing, photography and/or videography, illustration
• Flexible with the ability to work in a collaborative environment while simultaneously managing multiple projects

What You'll Do

• Help drive the visual identity and quality standards of creative produced by RxSaver by RetailMeNot
• Direct all phases of creative work from concept through production
• Design a wide-range of print and digital media such as: animated gifs, email campaigns, blog images, press releases, static / animated banners, vector illustrations, infographics, presentation visuals, publication design, brochures, direct mail pieces, trade show materials, and presentation decks
• Create, edit, proof all executions to maintain consistent brand, style and tone
• Effectively navigate partner presentations, lead creative reviews and concept presentations, and inspire the internal design process
• Manage a diverse workload, delivering quality designs on-time in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
