DESCRIPTION

You are passionate, dedicated, and strategic, but willing to get your hands dirty. You have a knack with people and occasionally nerd out about adult learning theory. You love starting new things, collaborating with colleagues, and finding creative technology solutions to knowledge gaps. If this sounds like you, you should consider joining EPAM as a Senior Manager of Instructional Design in our Learning Practice.

Our Learning Practice helps clients realize digital and IT transformation by identifying and bridging gaps in employee knowledge, behaviors, and mindset. We design, develop and implement a variety of solutions for online and in-person learning—including videos, articles, podcasts, interactive elearning, coaching, experiential learning, instructor-led training, and assessments—using the latest insights from the learning sciences. In other words, we go beyond “training” to create learning experiences that really work. If you are excited to work in a global team and find creative solutions to complex problems, this could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM as a full-time Sr. Instructional Designer.
