About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and collaborative Sr. Graphic Designer/Art Director with a take-charge attitude and a Design Thinking mindset to join our fast-growing marketing team. NinjaOne has ambitious growth goals, and we need 'roll up your sleeves' designers to help us expand brand awareness, gain market share, and drive demand for NinjaOne's Unified IT Operations solution.
Reporting to the Creative Director, the Sr. Designer/Art Director will be a key member of the marketing team, contributing to the strategy and direction of NinjaOne's brand. The Sr. Designer/Art Director will play a key role in defining, evolving, and executing NinjaOne's brand strategy for our global markets. This role will work with many teams across the company including Content and Community Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Media Relations, and Digital Marketing.
Location - Remote in any of the following states TX, FL, NC, ME, GA or CA - We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL
What You'll be Doing
• Designing, producing, and art directing unique and compelling digital experiences that tell the NinjaOne story
• Using data/analytics to drive design decisions and continually optimize metrics
• Providing visual guidance and mentorship to other designers on the team
• Brainstorming creative campaigns and ensuring we deliver on time
• Promoting and stewarding brand consistency across the entire organization
• Collaborating with teams across all marketing channels
• Designing trade show event booths and supporting assets
• Creation and ownership of NinjaOne's Design System in Figma
About You
• 7+ years of digital design experience in an agency, consulting, or in-house SaaS environment
• Highly capable designer with a minimum 2 years of art direction experience
• Experience creating and maintaining a Design System in Figma
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Tight deadlines are scared of you! 😊
• Comfortable working with other marketing teams to deliver collaborative visual directions
• Strong organization, planning, and project management skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with an ability to pivot quickly and adjust priorities
• Expert-level skills in Figma, the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), and PowerPoint
• Highly refined typography skills and a passion for crafting typographic details
• You are passionate about design, technology, and SaaS products
• A track record of strategic creative thinking and building brand experiences
• A self-motivated, team-oriented player with leadership skills
• You bring creativity, visual excellence, inspiration, and kindness to the table
Preferred Qualifications
• Polished presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
• Experience with video and/or animation is a plus
• Experience marketing a B2B or SaaS product preferred
• Experience with Event/Trade Show Booth design a bonus
