We’re looking for a talented Sr UX Designer who is an expert at his/her craft to join the product team and participate in our efforts to design experiences that our customers will love. In particular, we’re looking for someone who is a good solution-finder and who designs with the customer in mind. The Sr UX Designer will collaborate and work with the product, engineering and marketing teams to deliver winning experiences and interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Unwavering commitment to fine-tuning customer needs and designing experiences to meet those needs.
  • Continually iterate with product and engineering.
  • Leverage design systems approach with interaction design, content creation and user research.
  • Instill best practices in design including strategic thinking, data insights and intuitive design approaches.
  • Conduct various levels of usability tests and gather and incorporate feedback.
  • Bring a strong sense of design process through user research, low fidelity to high fidelity design, presentation to stakeholders and incorporating a feedback loop.n

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer for both SaaS and mobile applications for both the enterprise and consumer markets
  • A strong strategic mindset and deep experience in design themes for B2B2C systems
  • A passion for and rich background in design
  • Exceptional visual and interaction design skills and a keen understanding of how to build alignment and collaboration across diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate ideas, concepts and designs in a clear and compelling way to audiences of all levels
  • Exceptional consultative approach - adept at working with internal stakeholders and providing guidance and expertise.
  • Ability to grasp user issues and business requirements to inform design approaches
  • Experience in creating functional prototypes
  • Experience doing user research, building user journey maps, user flows, wireframes and lo-fi to hi-fi design concepts
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams is key
  • Ability to solve complex problems with simple, elegant, user-focused approaches
  • Strong attention to detail, independently motivated self-starter who thrives in fast paced startup companies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate concepts clearly
  • Experience using Lottie
  • Expertise in using Figma and Adobe
  • Bonus if you have experience with AI/AR products
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic/UI Design/Digital Arts or Degree from art school or equivalent
