We are currently seeking a highly driven User Researcher to join our t eam that will solve energy's most interesting challenges and help our team build products that users love. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world's most dynamic and fastest-growing sector. In this role you will help Enverus product managers better understand the problems our users face, from app usability to challenges unaddressed by software products today.
In this role you will be the catalyst to making every Enverus team user centric and bring organization and best practices to existing user research efforts. You will help us navigate and lead product innovation in the energy space, building a deep understanding of users' problems and turning user research into insights that inform the development of Enverus' technology and product strategy. For the first year, your focus will be in on conducting deep research in customer supply chain management processes from strategic sourcing all the way through payment to inform product direction and execution .
Performance Objectives

• Evangelize research. Share user insights with the broader organization in creative ways to increase user empathy and demonstrate the value to the business that testing early and often brings.
• Conduct a wide variety of qualitative research alongside our product and UX teams including semi-structured interviews, usability studies, surveys, A/B tests.
• Advise on appropriate research methodologies, how and when to use, structuring and conducting interviews, and document best practices. Participate in projects, review, and coach on performance.
• Create a user research repository and communication strategy to centralize and organize our user research and make it easily accessible to all Enverus decision makers.
• Help our product teams understand how their products are perceived by customers and identify opportunities to provide more value.
• Help our product teams uncover customer problems and better understand the needs of our customers outside of the products we sell today.
• Help our product and UX teams assess web and app usability and advise on ways to incorporate more usability testing into our processes.

Salary Range: $90,000-$125,000
