What You'll Do Here
Here at Indeed Flex, the Flexer is core to the success of our marketplace. In a world where data is everything, we understand that gathering, analyzing, and understanding the data related to our Flexer experience is paramount to our continued success. The User Experience Specialist is responsible for managing the research and insights that will aid in the empowerment of Flexers and working to affirm their experience with Indeed Flex. The objective of the role is to provide consistent and robust research and data that will contribute to the overall Flexer Experience strategy as well as the broader business. You will seek out data to create outstanding reporting that will aid in the growth of worker engagement, retention, and advocacy.
You will utilize a combination of technologies, analysis, reporting, and delivery techniques to provide insights, reports, dashboards, and guidance to aid in the improvement of overall experience of the Flexers.

• Understand the overall Flexer Experience strategic plan and actions needed to deliver on those plans
• Collaborate with internal groups to develop Research & Insights plans, aligning with UK Flexer Experience team for global consistency
• Identify insight gaps and develop new research frameworks and techniques to capture required insights
• Create innovative statistical reports, dashboards, and models to enable stakeholders to better understand our workers, track performance, predict trends, and forecast results
• Develop metrics and dashboards which track the worker experience over time
• Articulate and reinforce the overall Flexer Experience and strategic plans to Indeed Flex employees, partners, clients, and Flexers
• Act as an escalation point for challenging conversations regarding research and data to support the team
• Coach and mentor other team members on ideal Flexer Experience research and insights and steps to get there
• Test reporting and delivery with internal audiences and gather feedback to ensure robustness
• Deliver sessions or send communications to internal and external audiences as needed
• Gather feedback to understand successes, challenges, roadblocks, root causes, and make improvements as needed
• Analyze feedback and other data to improve our Flexer Experience strategic plans
• Work with others in the organization, such as Strategy & Planning, Marketing, Onboarding, Shift Operations, Flexer Support, Payroll, etc in order to leverage and learn current practices and processes to define opportunities for improvement

Requirements
What You'll Bring to the Table

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience delivering research and insights for organizational decision making related to HR, Marketing, Operations, Product, Consumer Activity, or relevant domain
• Experienced in customer research methods, including quantitative and qualitative analysis as well as survey best practices
• Exceptionally tech-savvy, strong skills in Excel, reporting and data visualization tools, statistical measures, etc
• Expertise in application of reporting models and building reporting capabilities for peers
• Expertise in customer satisfaction analysis, including Net Promoter Score and Customer Satisfaction
• Experienced in utilization and integration of a variety of tools, research, CRM, and reporting platforms
• Highly proficient in delivering research and data insights to internal and external audiences
• Highly proficient in developing research skills, implementing novel best practices for continuous improvement
• Remarkable interest and curiosity related to worker experience, engagement, research, and insights
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities and able to work independently, set priorities and meet deadlines with minimal direct supervision
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills - able to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication, present meaningful and impactful information for leadership to make decisions, and support direct reports and internal stakeholders on site and virtually through remote work tools
