The Fourth UX team needs a Remote (located in CST or MST) UX Researcher who cares deeply about creating an experience-first culture. We are looking for a researcher experienced in applying multiple qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, for both generative and evaluative research in order to improve product definition, UX and drive business goals.

What You'll Be Doing . . .

• Explore behaviors and motivations by conducting research, using interviews, diary studies, participatory design, usability testing, and more. 
• Apply strategic research efforts across several product areas and generate insights that shape how product teams think about medium and long-term product strategy 
• Work closely with designers, product managers, product owners, and others throughout Fourth, to understand our end-users 
• Help build out the framework of our research strategy and practices

What You Need to Have . . .

• 2-3 years of related work experience 
• Previous experience helping build/establish a research program or repository
• Past work examples of leading strategic research with business outcomes as well as putting together long-term research plans
• Experience translating business questions to key research objectives, leveraging the best methodology to execute research, and synthesizing and analyze findings
• Experience designing and executing end-to-end custom primary research using research methodologies
• Ability to explain the metric analysis and analytical decisions clearly and persuasively
