Job Description
As a User Experience (UX) DesignLead, you are an expert in design thinking, customer-facing design, and executive-levelconsulting (including conducting workshops and public speaking). You are alsoan excellent collaborator and have worked closely with Sales, Project Managersand Technical Leads on the requirements and design for the user experiences youcreate.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate withdesigners, developers, and project managers to deliver custom enterpriseexperiences on our Community platform
· Lead designworkshops with major brands; coach others to conduct similar workshops
· Workindependently or with fellow designers to create wireframes, mockups, and otherdeliverables for clients
· Build strongrelationships with stakeholders throughout the customer organization
· Partner with product design teams to shareknowledge, and foster a design system that will bridge baseline productcapabilities with bespoke services customizations
· Be an advocate foruser-centered design practices across the company
Skills & Requirements:
· Bachelor's degreeor accreditation in Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, Visual Design, ExperienceDesign, Product Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or similar(broadly, User Experience Design)
· Knowledge ofinteraction design methods such as Heuristic Evaluation and Jakob Nielsen's "10Usability Principles"
· 5-7+ years professionalexperience in User Experience Design featuring a portfolio of qualitydeliverables
· Experiencemanaging design teams at the enterprise and/or creative agencies
· Sketch andInVision software experience
· Adobe Photoshop,Illustrator software experience
· HTML and CSSexperience
· Experience withsocial and/or community-oriented platforms a plus
· Ability to travelfor customer workshops, conferences, or internal meetings
