We are looking for a UX Prototyper to join our team in Austin, Texas. We’re a fast moving startup with ambitious goals to disrupt the traditional staffing business model.

As prototyper at Adia you will play a vital role in making our products more “tangible” by building mobile prototypes based on visual designs.

Responsibilities:

• Build mobile prototypes based on visual designs which will be used for demos, trainings, sales and marketing activities
• Support UX team to validate interaction concepts for new products and features
• Assist engineers with implementation of animation and motion design
• Refine prototypes based on user feedback and UX research result
• Determine when a simple clickable prototype will suffice and when the research requires a more interactive prototype 

What you bring to the table:

• Experience in creating prototypes and with prototying framework like Framer
• Experience in Android or iOS mobile application interface design
• Comfortable working in Sketch and used to work with Invision
• Strong understanding of UI and UX principles
• Attention to visual detail and a natural eye for design
• Get things done. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and take something on
• Experience working in startups or successful entrepreneurial adventures and working in a global environment highly desired
• Extensive knowledge of online and mobile business models and consumer technology
• Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced and highly ambiguous environment
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills in English required
