organization. As a member of the Atlas product you will partner with designers, product managers, and engineers as we build products that enable developers and publishers at agencies and brands to leverage new headless technologies.
The right fit is someone naturally curious and inquisitive, has a solid knowledge of user-centered design practices, and has a toolbox with a range of UX research methods. You are passionate about bringing new products to life and are at ease with the ambiguity that can involve. You are excited by the opportunities and challenges of balancing your own research practice with supporting other roles in completing their own research and in maturing the practice overall.

The day to day.

• Partner with scrum teams focused on agency customers to establish baseline knowledge, identify problems, and iteratively test solutions
• Conduct a mix of generative and evaluative research, balancing a forward-thinking strategic approach with tactical work
• Balance qualitative and quantitative methods to develop holistic feedback mechanisms
• Support designers and product managers in conducting their own user research activities
• Collaborate closely with the research team as we establish new processes and build broad user knowledge throughout Product and Engineering

Your skills and expertise.

• Proven experience owning all aspects of the UX research process
• Experience in both generative and evaluative research methods. Experience owning activities such as interviews, concept tests, usability tests, surveys, card sorts, and behavioural analytics
• Able to understand the research problem and identify the appropriate method given the research objectives and project limitations
• Comfortable using traditional research tools such as UserTesting, SurveyMonkey, and OptimalWorkshop
• 3+ years of professional applied experience as a dedicated user researcher in an R&D setting
• Portfolios are not required for this position
