We are looking for a creative & ambitious visual designer than can help us amplify our brand voice of being easy to understand, approachable, authentic, empathetic, and future thinking.
In your role as a visual designer, your day-to-day tasks will consist of creating visually engaging, innovative and fun illustrations, photos for our website, social media accounts, and advertising channels. You will also assist in preparing presentations for conferences and other speaking engagements. Your ability to bring your vision and concepts to life will not only be welcomed but celebrated.
One of the key aspects of your role is to maintain the right balance between business, design and our customers, all while serving our brand’s purpose, business mission and customer needs.

Responsibilities
As our visual designer, your responsibilities will include areas of design such as typography, iconography, color, space and texture. More responsibilities in detail:
Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
Work collaboratively with our marketing team and UX lead to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.
Translate client business requirements, user needs, and marketing goals into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in visual design field.
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in designing for various media. You will be designing for digital, email, social, internal communications and advertisements. Mediums include print and traditional collateral. All of it needs to be beautifully simplistic visuals that clearly and efficiently communicate information. You will need to work collaboratively with the team as well as autonomously to generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
Proven ability delivering high quality designs to customers.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Sketch.
Demonstrated ability to bring creative ideas that drove new business to the market, with 2-3 case studies
Proven ability to facilitate effective brainstorming, developing and managing a successful creative process with your team
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field is preferred
