We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.

What you'll be doing:

Working hand in hand with great devops engineers building out devops best practices in the federal space. This will include creating and documenting CI/CD jobs, creating infrastructure with Cloudformation, and helping define and build a modern data science/development environment.


What you’ll bring:

  • Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools like CloudFormation and Terraform.
  • Proficiency in managing AWS environments (ECS, S3, Lambda, RDS) and supporting Linux-based systems.
  • Strong background with Docker and container orchestration, including debugging and optimization.
  • Familiarity with data science platforms such as SageMaker, DataZone, and Athena.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with experience working in Agile development teams.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. In alignment with federal contract requirements, certain roles may also require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or a security clearance.

Compensation:

At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.

United States Wage Range: $125,000 – $160,000
