The Opportunity:
We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join our team's efforts developing CICD pipelines and integrating artificial intelligence capability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices and security principles.
Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines          

  • Develop and implement security measures throughout the software development lifecycle          

  • Automate security testing and vulnerability assessments          

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices in security and AI integration   

  • Monitor and optimize system performance and security       

  • Implement and manage containerization and orchestration technologies     

  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes and systems

Qualifications:
Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles    

  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab) 

  • Proficiency with Linux/Unix admin    

  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash)
    Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. OCI, AWS)   

  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)          

  • Knowledge of security best practices and tools (SAST, DAST)   

  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)         

  • Experience with agile methodologies

Desired:

  • Experience with AI/ML model deployment and integration

  • Knowledge of various AI/ML frameworks

  • Familiarity with MLOps practices

  • Certifications in cloud platforms, security, or DevOps (e.g. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CISSP)

  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Langfuse)

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$69,100-$141,500
