Position Overview:
Kendra Scott seeks a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing all paid digital marketing efforts, including affiliates, SEM, CSEs and display advertising. The position requires the ability to develop and execute strategies across all channels that support both customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities:
• Actively manage all of Kendra Scott’s digital marketing channels. Deep dive on channel performance and develop recommendations to drive incremental sales.
• Develop benchmarks and set goals for channel performance (including spend, sales and ROI). Track performance against goals and report performance to senior leadership.
• Build and maintain digital marketing budget that supports the growth goals of the Ecommerce channel.
• Identify and launch new paid marketing channels to drive overall sales growth.
• Manage tactical elements of programs, including designing tests, sharing key marketing and promotional messages with agencies, requesting creative assets.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing in an ecommerce environment
• 1+ years of search marketing experience
• 1+ years of experience managing a marketing budget
• High proficiency Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Omniture preferred, but not necessary
• Ability to independently prioritize and execute projects
• Adapt easily to changing situations and demonstrate flexibility.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present information in an easy-to-understand manner with clear recommendations.
