  • Lead proposal development, client presentations, and strategic teaming efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to inform service offerings and positioning.

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of complex projects involving digital solutions, systems engineering, and emerging transportation technologies.
  • Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance on topics such as connected/automated vehicles, ITS systems, data analytics, traffic simulation, and artificial intelligence/machine learning.

Team Development & Collaboration

  • Mentor and develop junior staff within the Emerging Technologies group.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture.
  • Support recruitment and talent development to build a resilient and future-ready team.

Qualifications
