About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners in the Americas region to expand ValGenesis’ partner network.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint marketing and sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, providing support, training, and guidance on ValGenesis products, sales processes, and best practices.
- Manage partner relationships and ensure partners are meeting their targets and objectives.
- Work closely with the ValGenesis sales team to support partner-led sales opportunities and ensure alignment between partners and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the ValGenesis marketing team to support partner-driven marketing initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance, provide regular performance updates, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and ensure ValGenesis remains competitive in the market.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in managing partner programs, partner business development, or strategic alliances within the life sciences industry, preferably with pharma/biotech facility engineering or with validation services providers.
- General understanding of Computer Systems Validation, Equipment Qualification and Commissioning, GxP systems requirements, and how digital validation is evolving in the life sciences industry.
- Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems, especially in North America. Track record of success in co-selling SaaS solutions with partners to end customers.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, able to identify the right partners and activate them fast.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in or with SaaS or enterprise technology platforms is a strong plus.
