What we're looking for:

Modernize is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help the Marketing team acquire quality homeowner leads through Google Display and other networks. 

What you'll be doing:

• Provide daily performance summaries and analysis to justify budgeting and strategy changes

• Create and test all steps in the homeowner advertising experience to improve campaign conversion rates and lead quality
• Drive the exploration and execution of new display channels and campaigns for acquiring homeowner leads in target markets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist in meeting various company initiatives
• Provides strategic direction and manage day to day bidding and targeting for digital display marketing efforts and budgets

What you will need:

• Marketing or Advertising degree preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 3 - 5 years managing digital display marketing campaigns
• Must be able to travel to downtown Austin daily
