ShipStation is seeking a B2B Marketing Automation Expert to manage the day-to-day Hubspot administrative functions including the creation, management, and reporting for all email campaigns.

A deep understanding of how to drive engagement for a B2B SaaS product in the e-commerce space is must for this role. If you're savvy in Marketing Automation - preferably Hubspot - and have at least 3 years' experience generating and overseeing successful email marketing campaigns, analytics/reporting, A/B testing, and list management and segmentation, then this may be your next dream job.
 

Responsibilities:
• Define and manage the scoring, nurture sequence, list segmentation, workflows, and reporting customization of the HubSpot marketing automation platform
• Work cross-functionally with the team to plan, build, launch, and report on campaigns (Hubspot) and Looker
• Build testing frameworks for continuous optimization of KPIs; ensure adaptive learning from campaign-to-campaign
• Manage execution of (automated and one-off) email campaigns, including targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization
• Define, implement, maintain, and document marketing automation best practices including list management, optimization, data quality, data hygiene, and troubleshooting
• Create reporting dashboards and develop custom reports analyzing campaign performance in order to provide actionable recommendations and deliver continuous improvements
• Drive cross-functional marketing initiatives with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing teams to increase feature adoption, overall engagement, trial activation, e-commerce education, while reducing churn

• Create and maintain an “Email Guide” of every automated campaign and it’s automation criteria so that anyone could pick it up and know exactly what emails we send and when/why they get sent
Desired Skills and Experience:
• At least 3 years hands-on email and marketing experience with extensive lead generation experience
• Experience setting up complex automation workflows and behaviorally segmented campaigns
• Expert working knowledge of Hubspot / Looker / Salesforce
• Skilled at segmenting, targeting, pulling, and scrubbing lists
• Basic HTML/CSS experience in order to update existing templates with content and creative changes
• Strong project management skills
• Strong analytical capability accompanied by effective oral/written presentation skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
• Salesforce Certified
• HubSpot Certified
• Well-versed in marketing strategies, tactics and best practices across all digital marketing channels

• Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, etc.) and business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent experience
