ABOUT THE ROLE

The Quality Assurance Analyst is to assist & coach individuals on the MES Team to ensure that all individuals are providing exceptional customer service for our Bright customers. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor incoming and outgoing calls
  • Random weekly calls pulled for QA feedback for all MES staff; 8/10 per month. Measured against metrics established and provided by MES Manager
  • Provide coaching, 8x8 training, Call Handling & Metric Measurement training
  • Work closely with Supervisor and Customer Service to ensure ASA is 30 seconds or less
  • Monitor call board (ensure calls do not sit in queue)
  • Set up phones for all MES staff; hard & soft
  • Assist with escalated calls
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Membership and Enrollment Specialist experience preferred, but not required
  • Two to Three years’ IFP, FFM, and/or OEP experience preferred, but not required
  • Two to Three years’ experience in a customer service role required
  • One to Two years’ experience in a lead or supervisor role preferred, but not required
  • Ability to read, write and converse fluently in Spanish is required

  • Ability to participate in the discovery and resolution of root cause for recurring issues
  • Use customer service best practices to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organized and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently with little supervision
  • Able to thrive in an often-chaotic environment
  • Able to understand regulatory and compliance rules surrounding enrollment and eligibility
  • Results and detail oriented 

LICENSURES AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Producer licensing for Health & Accident may be required in the state in which an individual resides for OEP 2020 or before an individual will be able to transition into a FTE MES role
