Polychain Labs is a small, senior team of infrastructure engineers enabling some of the largest cryptocurrency holders to actively participate in new networks and opportunities. We work with founders to launch new networks and are often the largest proof-of-stake participants from launch day on. This custody engineering role interacts most closely with our protocols to generate, sign and broadcast operations that ensure we’re always among the most active participants.
Job Responsibilities
- Custody Assets: Develop the tooling that generates and protects cryptocurrency keys across many assets.
- Sign & Broadcast Operations: Build the systems that safely sign & broadcast operations across many new networks.
- Ceremony Automation: Design & build automations that can be used in offline ceremonies.
- Supply Chain Security: Audit and protect the supply chain of hardware and software used in our operations, minimizing any single fault that could lead to loss of funds.
Requirements
- Experience working with production environments at any scale.
- Curiosity to explore new cryptocurrency networks at low levels.
- Thinks automation-first and repeatedly replaces manual toil with engineering automated systems.
