What You'll Do:
Develop SQL procedures, tables, reports and custom queries
Troubleshoot system and data issues
Work closely with the Technology Team and Business Users to scope projects, gather requirements, and implement solutions.
Perform Yardi administration, configuration and development.
Prepare ETL files.
Develop new features from design through implementation and launch.
Create and maintain documentation of new and existing processes.
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of professional development using Microsoft SQL Server or 1+ years with Microsoft SQL Certification
Strong hands-on Microsoft SQL database expertise
Experience with common software development tools and processes
Strong analysis and problem-solving techniques.
Experience with Microsoft Excel
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work in an agile or related development methodology.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Accounting processes and reporting
Knowledge of Yardi
Knowledge of JIRA
