Description

As a DevOps Engineer, perform work in local, on-premise and cloud  / hosted customer's environments through the delivery of the Personify managed services products; Responsible for performing code deployments, non-production environment refreshes, .Net release upgrades and occasional load testing support when needed; Responsible for complete installation & configuration of the Personify software and all related components and bundled software packages to  Personify  defined  standards  and best practices; Ongoing application administration of  local,  on-premise  and  cloud  /  hosted Personify environments and all  related  components  and  bundled  software packages as defined by the project scope and specific to the Enterprise Applications Engineer role; Implementation of upgrade packages, scripts and executable of Personify .Net release software and all related components and bundled software packages; Code deployments for both premise and hosted Personify environments and all related components and bundled software packages as defined by the project scope and specific to the Enterprise Applications Engineer role; Analyze performance Application and database of premise and hosted Personify environments and all related components and bundled software packages; Database administration to include indexing, setup of maintenance jobs, performance tuning, sizing recommendations; Perform training to clients on the installation, administration, upgrade  and  troubleshooting  of  Personify and all related components and bundled software packages; Responsible incoming email/ticket and phone requests from customers and ensure that  issues  are  resolved both promptly and thoroughly and as according to company-defined standards  and SLA's.

Qualifications

The position requires minimum of a master's degree in Computer and Information Science or related technical field and 2 years' experience in the job or performing similar job duties.
