An Insider's view of Dealerware

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Work-life balance at Dealerware is awesome! Even as an entry-level engineer, I’ve been able to take advantage of the unlimited PTO policy to take a break whenever I need to. The culture here is relaxed and nobody pushes you to work outside regular hours except in extreme circumstances, like a bug that cannot wait until the next work day.

On the customer success team, our leadership prioritizes helping us reach professional goals. Since starting with Dealerware, I have been enabled with the support required to continue growing. The leadership team truly listens to your career aspirations, and consistently offer opportunities to gain experience .

Sophy James

What is your vision for the company?

My vision for the company is to completely turn the car rental industry on its head by enabling dealerships through our Rental at the Dealership features to rent out their own cars. I see a future where if you are a fan of a particular luxury car brand, you don't have to settle for renting a car that you don't enjoy driving.

Giselle Aldridge

Software Engineering Manager

What projects are you most excited about?

Being part of the DevOps team, I am excited to work on improving our observability platform. Coming from having worked with engineering, business, and support teams, our team understands the importance of having a system in place that can help different teams work together to support our products. We are making it more organized and robust.
