Babylon Clinical Engineering exists to use technology to create the very best, most efficient experiences for our members, clinicians and clinical staff globally. You’ll be leading a number of squads within our Clinical Interactions area leading the member and clinician experience during the most important time - when they are face-to-face over a video call or in-person! Clinical Interactions also cover the operations portal used by Babylon and partner clinical operations teams and this role will help chart the future of Babylon’s portal strategy. Lastly, Clinical Interactions owns note taking and documentation during the consultation. A great experience for the clinician and member is at the forefront of all we do.

WHO YOU ARE

• 4+ years of experience in leading software development with a consistent track record of brilliant delivery
• 7+ years experience with Java or similar server-side stacks. Experience in full-stack roles and with React / React-Native a bonus.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, TDD, Platform thinking, and SRE/Devops principles.
• Experience architecting systems and microservice / distributed concepts.
• Enthusiasm for coaching your team, from developers to Engineering Managers.
