Senior Security Sales Engineer - SOAR Domain Specialist (Massachusetts)
As a Domain Engineer at Rapid7, you will be responsible to work as a team, working across organizations, to partner and assist pre-sales to close deals, improve our products, processes and procedures and be an advocate for our customers. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert within SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation and Response) and liaison with Sales Engineering, Sales, Product Management, Support & Customer Success to continue to champion our customers and Sales Engineers across our organization.

Handle escalated technical issues during Proof of Concepts
Deliver training on Rapid7 solutions to Rapid7 Employees
Deliver training on Rapid7 solutions to Channel Partners
Troubleshoot and resolve various customer issues at a Tier 1 level
Report defects and feature requests/enhancements.
Escalate issues to Support Management as necessary, driving the issue to resolution.

Requirements
3 to 5 years experience as Security Analyst or Sales Engineer with experience with working in the following areas:
Orchestration and Automation (SOAR)
Incident Response/SIEM/End-Point Security
Scripting in Bash and Powershell (or other languages)
An in-depth specialized knowledge of Rapid7 solutions
SOAR (Or other SOAR solutions)
IDR (Detection and Response or other D&R solutions)
Following certifications a plus:
CISSP, AWS, AZURE and GCP
