Forcepoint is building it's next generation security applications on public cloud infrastructure including AWS and Azure. Your mission is to lead a team of experienced and motivated engineers dedicated to owning the development and engineering side operations for delivery and deployment of our next generation cloud solutions. This includes substantial input and decision making in design, tool selection and process development to fulfill the key mission of the team. The ideal leader will be able to work independently, provide support as a technical as well as people leader while collaborating with various teams around the globe. This will be done as part of a larger organization focused on packaging, delivery and deployment of products across the company. All of this will be accomplished with the mindset that we are a security company and we must deliver both software and infrastructure with a high bar of security and operational excelling.

The team's and your primary mission goals are:

• Select, procure and deploy best in class tools for cloud focused development.
• Provide and maintain infrastructure for build, delivery and deployment of products across commercial engineering.
• Assist, consult and support infrastructure and and product engineering teams to build solid, automated, robust pipelines for software delivery in an environment of continuous deployment.
• Support this at scale small to large as needed for the target.

You will work with your leadership in this role but with substantial autonomy and independence in an environment where independent thought combined with strong collaboration is highly valued.
