Arcivr is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams, helping them to be productive, happy and successful.

We’re a small, enthusiastic team, where everyone has a significant impact on everything from technical strategy to the bottom line. Our distributed team is dedicated to working collaboratively, making pragmatic decisions, and shipping often.

As our Engineering Manager you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of two full-stack engineering teams. You’ll meet regularly with the teams to guide them in successfully meeting project goals and company objectives. You’ll lead sprint planning and backlog grooming, and will work with product designers and company leadership to help shape the product. And you’ll work to ensure team members have what they need to be successful, including conducting regular 1:1s.

Candidates should have:‍

• A background in professional software development
• 3+ years experience leading distributed engineering teams
• Experience translating product vision into engineering goals
• Experience with SaaS products and web development
• Experience with agile development practices
