Rex seeks engineering leads to build new tech company; drive tech initial concept to scale fit w/ generous equity
Key attributes:
- Resourceful and scrappy hustler, thriving in high-growth startup environments
- Belief / bias that best finance source is from your customers; cash flow = king
- Strong full stack software engineering experience in building 0-1 products
- Experienced with multiple modern frameworks and languages like React and Node.js
Things to do:
- Must build w/ founding team new company; drive strategy / product roadmap
- Architecting and building scalable frontend and backend systems with minimal downtime
- Partner in driving the product based on end-user optimization and delighting customers
- Partner in all: biz dev, product, marketing; relentlessly cut costs / push sales
