WHAT YOU'LL DO

• The Technical Lead owns the architectural decisions for the team
• Act as an executor and the visionary force behind the technical solution
• 70% hands on coding and 30% people management
• Work closely with all team members to create a modular, scalable solution that addresses/incorporates future architectural changes and designs
• The Technical Lead will drive the team's engineering practices in test driven development, continuous integration, and automated deployment
• This is a hands-on technical lead who actively coaches and upscales the team to solve complex problems and joins the team in their development efforts

REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience
• Advanced front-end experience (6+ years) with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, ES6
• 3+ years of Leadership responsibilities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong, proven analysis and analytical skills
• Strong planning and interpersonal skills

• This position needs to be based within a reasonable commuting distance to one of EPAM's offices
