FloSports, a leader and innovator in digital sports media, is currently seeking a passionate Front-End Software Engineer to join the Web App team. We are open to remote candidates for this role.

As a front-end engineer on the Web App team, you'll work alongside fellow engineers, product, and design to create compelling mobile-first web experiences welcoming in new customers and engaging our many subscribers in helping them truly be there in the action. Additionally, you will play a role in implementing experiments (A/B tests) across our web app allowing the team to take a data-informed approach in validating a positive impact of new customer experiences.

We work with Angular, TypeScript, NestJS, Node.js, PHP, and Docker across AWS & Google Cloud, but the ability to embrace, learn, and adapt to changing technology is an important characteristic! KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Possess the ability to solve cross-browser quirks and craft mobile-first, responsive, component-based web UI experiences 
• Comfortable partnering closely with designers to better align your work with their concepts and guide design to ensure technical feasibility
• Have a growing proficiency in HTML, CSS, and a modern JavaScript framework that promotes reusable, component-based SPA architectures such as Angular, React, or Vue
• Have experience integrating front-end UIs with server-side JSON APIs using Node.js, PHP, Python, or Go
• Can iterate rapidly on features with design, engineering, and product to continuously learn and delivery value to our customers
• Efficiently learn new concepts, manage your own productivity, and desire to improve yourself, your team, and our products

• Experience with functional programming & developing using RxJS reactive architecture
