The Scrum Master is responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale company products and/or smaller engagements across multiple accounts.  This will include establishing a consistent delivery methodology on projects, implementing industry accepted best practices, and overall helping to shape the direction of delivery of products.  This role will grow as the needs of the business grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and maintain resource and sprint metrics in an Agile environment
• Lead all sprint and scrum activities and communications
• Lead daily standups with Dev Team and Senior Leadership
• Effectively lead and motivate multi-disciplinary project teams
• Ensure planning, execution, and completion of phases across different projects
• Work with leadership on process improvements and other initiatives designed to improve the effectiveness and quality of product delivery
• Work with our global team to deliver features in an Agile development environment
• Work collaboratively with others

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of Project Management experience
• SCRUM Certified or knowledgeable in SCRUM Practices
• Bilingual – Fluent in English/Spanish required
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate solution to senior management
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills (able to lead meetings with senior personnel; able to create and delivery persuasive presentations, etc...)
• Experienced with internet product development and/or software system development
• Experience in efficiently managing Atlassian suite of products, particularly Jira
• Experience managing technical teams is greatly valued
• Collaborative and cooperative leader with a focus on team-building
• Experience managing various workstreams and/ or managing a team of resources
• Strong ability to multi-task and successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to prioritize activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
