As a .Net Technical Lead at AssetWorks, you will design and develop enterprise web applications and mobile solutions for our customers. The candidate will report to the Director of Development as well as work with the Product Owner, developers, QA professionals and client teams to deliver the very best in asset management solutions.

Requirements Include:

  • 8+ years hands-on experience in software design and development, database design and development, and system integration
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically:
    • .NET/ASP.NET development
    • C#
    • SQL Server
    • Windows server
    • Docker Containers
    • Microsoft DevOps
    • Telerik Controls
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Azure Government
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies including JSON/XML, RESTful and SOAP-based web services, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery
  • Experience developing software using an agile development methodology
  • Ability Leading a distributed development team
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS or Software Engineering; Master’s degree helpful; MCPD, MCSD and/or MCST a plus

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Proven experience producing web and mobile applications in a .NET using Microsoft SQL Server for an API based solution
  • Experience directing and overseeing an offshore developers and QA
  • Ability to create technical estimations
  • Candidate must have problem-solving analytical skills.
  • Performing full application development lifecycle including; gathering initial requirements, functional analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance & support of applications and reports.
  • Maintenance and development of processes to interface both internal and external systems
  • Analyze and troubleshoot existing programming code and correct errors as required
