Your mission:

As an Onboarding Success Manager at Shopgate, you’ll be a part of the Client Success organization, which includes Support, Technical Consulting, Customer Success Management, and more. You’ll work closely with our clients (small to enterprise-level) to create an action plan to implement their new Shopgate investment, whether it be new or existing business. Onboarding Success Managers get buy-in from the client on every deadline, milestone, resource, and budgeted hour to ensure their solutions go live without a hitch.

What you'll do on a daily basis:

  • Manage a portfolio of onboarding sessions from start to finish
  • Capture requirements and configure our software to suit the needs of the client
  • Identify risks and issues early while managing to an established project plan
  • Coordinate efforts for all internal and external stakeholders involved in the project

Who you are:

  • Highly organized, multi-tasking, project management guru
  • Able to keep a team motivated, on track, as well as be a client advocate
  • A natural when it comes to building excellent client relationships; knows where every client in your portfolio is in their onboarding
  • Able to maintain projects with the optimum balance of cost, time, and quality
  • Full of energy, a direct communicator, and one who leads by example
  • Motivated to make your clients successful and able to take time to understand their objectives, goals, and requirements
  • Someone who executes well under pressure and has a passion for life and hard work

The right fit:

  • Excellent decision-making skills around the project scope, time, and resources
  • Bachelor's degree; 3 years software and / or e-commerce experience
  • Experience scoping services for SaaS implementations
  • Deadline-driven
  • The ability to communicate with developers about HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, API, JSON, PHP etc. a significant plus
