​OutboundEngine is looking for an Jr.Salesforce Developer to join our Operations team. This is a unique opportunity to learn and work with a seasoned Salesforce Developer. In this position you will build customized solutions in Salesforce and associated systems that support business requirements and processes.

Tell Me More..

• Write, diagnose, and maintain Apex code, Visualforce markup, and Lightning components
• Drive resolution of all technical support issues related to Salesforce.com
• Perform technical analysis, level-of-effort estimation, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customizations and integration.
• Perform Salesforce.com systems maintenance, environment refresh, data integration duties.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex workflows rules, validation rules, and custom workflow, etc
• Clearly communicate project status to key stakeholders throughout entire development process when needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new feature technical design, technical requirements, limitations, and implementation 
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of any new application functionality 
• Analyze and mitigate issues identified during testing 
• Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, or development 
• Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility
  

Required Skills: 

• 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce developer
• 1 year working in a SaaS startup environment
• Platform Developer I Certification strongly preferred
• Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes 
• Familiarity with web application development technologies like JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML5 and CSS is preferred
• Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party system using web services and app exchange apps
• Strong analytica and technical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to think critically and synthesize complex information
• Proactive, detail oriented professional 
• Ability to establish priorities, work in independent and team situations, and proceed with objectives as needed

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelors in Computer Science
• Familiarity with web application development technologies like JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML5 and CSS is preferred
• Experience in developing in Force.com Visual Force pages, Managed Packages, and integration to other third party solutions
• Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party system using web services and app exchange apps
• Knowledge of Force.com development best practices and design patterns
