We are looking for a Lead Quality Engineer to join our growing team remotely working in EST or CST time zone only.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Full-cycle application development in Agile environment
  • Triage and address production issues
  • Analyze data to support development team
  • Communicate with the customer to clarify requirements
  • Integration with other clients’ systems and applications
  • Estimation of work, reporting work done and negotiating timelines of delivery

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong computer science fundamentals
  • Strong SQL and database stored procedures skills
  • Writing clean and maintainable code
  • Performing code reviews for peers
  • Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
  • Good experience with scripting languages - Python, bash, knowledge of GO is a big plus
  • Perfect English communication skills and experience in client-facing communications
  • Solid SDLC understanding and experience working in agile environment
  • Self-management and strong prioritization skills
  • Capability to work in agile environment without direct supervision
  • Good experience with Google Cloud platform
  • Databases (CloudSQL, MySQL)
  • Caching
  • Load balancing (versions, instances architecture)
  • Queues
  • Troubleshooting (logs analysis, debugging)

NICE TO HAVE

  • GCP certification
  • Experience with testing
