ClearDATA is seeking a Network Engineer with Linux networking skills that would like to use their technical know-how to truly make a difference in Cloud InfoSec! If you’re passionate about creating a new category of technology that will fundamentally make healthcare better, come join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience performing network engineer responses in a large enterprise-customer environment with ISP or MSP focus, and troubleshooting complex Enterprise networks. This role must have an excellent troubleshooting methodology and superb customer service skills. Experience working with GCP, AWS, or Azure is highly preferred. We are looking for engineers that are willing to go above and beyond to make it all go smoothly for the customer, this is frontline action!

What You’ll Do:

• Understanding of all ClearDATA Network services
• Lead Network related projects
• Be excited about re-learning and discovery
• Own and maintain off-site network platform
• Analyze/monitor/maintain ClearDATA customer and internal network infrastructures
• Act as a technical point of contact for escalations and troubleshooting of network infrastructure issues
• Work within a diverse team of engineers to work through complex issues and tasks
• Must deliver an exceptional customer experience every day
• Other duties as needed

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of networking field experience
• VPN configuration over multivendor hardware (IPSec/SSL); S2S.
• Enterprise Router/Switch administration experience (Cisco/Juniper)
• Fabric Switch administration (Cisco/PaloAlto/Juniper)
• Routing protocols BGP, OSPF
• Ability to communicate with upper management and customers
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues with little supervision
• Detail oriented mindset
• Project participation - Agile project methodology experience a plus
• Must deliver an exceptional customer experience every day

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a huge plus

• Experience working with Linux Networking

• Strong S2S VPN troubleshooting skills

• Experience working in a VC backed start-up environment

• CCNA or CCNP

• JNCIA or JNCIS

• PAN experience
