About You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of relevant work experience, including technical management of software developers and system administrators/architects.
• Experience designing and implementing distributed systems.
• Excellent C++, Java Golang, or similar general-purpose programming language. Some experience in functional programming languages like Scala.
• You are passionate about the promise of blockchain technology
• You aren’t afraid of working in a fast paced environment, understanding when to ask for help or when to pull up your sleeves to get stuff done

Our Ideal Candidate

• Master’s, PhD degree or experience in engineering, computer science or other technical related field.
• 12 years of relevant hands-on technical management experience of software developers and systems administrators/architects.
• 5 years of experience in leading highly-complex, technically challenging, cross-functional software oriented projects from inception to delivery.
• Track record of individual technical achievement.
• Experience with two or more general purpose programming languages including, but not limited to: Java, C++, Python, JavaScript
• Experience developing accessible technologies
• Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed
