What you will do...

  • Write test plans and run tests to develop, establish, and enforce quality assurance standards and measures for the Wellsmith platform.
  • Document and track software bugs identified through testing and work with developers to resolve outstanding issues
  • Own and report on current state of product quality
  • Ensure that software quality measures comply with regulatory standards, industry standards, and accepted best practices.
  • Define, measure and publish metrics to measure product quality and help the team improve upon them.
  • Understanding of business priorities and risks and to manage workload accordingly
  • Document and track software failures using JIRA

Requirements for the role

  • 1-2years of QA experience
  • Understanding of a broad range of quality assurance and testing processes and methodologies.
  • Proven successes building and implementing enterprise-wide test automation.
  • Experience testing native Android and iOS mobile apps

Technology Experience

  • Experience working with complex software products
  • Experience working with agile methodologies (scrum)
  • Experience with Selenium based tools a plus
  • Experience in healthcare knowledge a plus

Located off of MoPac with entrances to the greenbelt right outside our door. Beautiful unobstructed views of the entire greenbelt and Austin skyline.
