As a QA Analyst, you will help build the future of Healthgrades’ enterprise data solutions, enabling health systems, hospitals and providers to better reach those consumers who are seeking care. In this role, you will execute exploratory and automated tests to evaluate and improve product quality. This is an exciting opportunity to work on word-class products, designed from scratch, and using the latest technology stacks.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide effective QA and Testing for multiple client products and technologies
  • Understand what needs to be tested for each assignment from a technical, data, and user perspective.
  • Be responsible for ongoing, continuous improvement to build testing efficiency and effectiveness through the use of innovative QA practices and tools, and close collaboration with engineering and product
  • Provide input to the overall product quality standards and educate engineers, business stakeholders, and release managers to ensure alignment with major milestones
  • Develop test cases and expected results to ensure testing is right-sized and risk-based testing principles are applied
  • Execute test cases and document results and/or defects in a timely manner
  • Define and execute regression testing and provide input as to what should become part of the automated regression suite

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in software development, quality assurance, automated testing, and quality management
  • Healthcare data quality background
  • In depth knowledge of both data pipelines and UI/UX testing practices
  • Strong SQL skills and knowledge of backend infrastructure
  • Experience with Agile and Kanban SDLC
  • Understanding of software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Ability to develop and write test plans and test cases as well as conduct white box and black box testing
  • Prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders - verbally and in writing
