About the Position

As we continue to grow we are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with a focus on automation when possible to help us maintain our software delivery velocity while delivering stable, high quality software to our customers.  You will work hand in hand with our software engineering, data science and DevOps teams to ensure that Novi’s predictive analytics platform remains at a high quality as it continues to evolve.

• Work with one or more small development teams of software engineers and data scientists to quickly review implemented functionality and ensure that it meets requirements and that it does not cause unexpected regressions.
• Write automated regression tests (when possible) to ensure the quality of Novi’s software platform into the future.

• BA/BS degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years experience in software testing and test automation
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Circleci, puppeteer, junit or others are desirable
• Desire to work with both manual and automated testing
• Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility and accountability
• Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities
