Quality Specialist

The primary focus of the Quality Specialist is to grade and monitor the calls for our Consumer Success Representatives to ensure the highest level of consumer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures quality assurance policies and procedures are met by grading multiple calls and reviewing daily quality reports.
- Assists quality manager in identifying and implementing best practice for Quality Assurance at Opcity.
- Logs and tracks all findings from monitored calls to analyze potential trends that may develop.
