Your Role:

In your role, you will be responsible for developing business features and technical capabilities within KEY's Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud instances and related data, services, and applications. You are highly familiar with our core data models and APIs in Salesforce and internal data systems and how Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, and Contacts map to key business processes in our Concierge Operation and Business Development groups. You will partner with Sales and Operations Leadership to identify, prioritize and execute strategic roadmap of systems enhancements to drive scalability and operation efficiency in the business.

You'll have the opportunity to grow your technical skills and knowledge of the Salesforce platform, learning new Salesforce products and ecosystem of technologies that integrate with Salesforce. Your projects will require researching third party solutions such as Dialpad for call management and create new components, data models, and APIs in Salesforce Service Cloud. You'll also have the opportunity to work full-stack on KEY's internal Node.js development platform, which integrates with our Salesforce instances.  

 

What You Will Do: 

  • Participate in all phases of software development life cycle including functional analysis, development, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Develop high-quality, scalable applications with Apex and Lightning Components, as well as declarative- and configuration-driven development.
  • Work in the Salesforce.com development environment which includes custom objects, workflows, process builders, triggers, dashboards, migration tools, SOQL and web services/Rest APIs.
  • Integrate salesforce.com with other systems, including Saas applications from other vendors, REST APIs, event-driven systems, or data warehouses.
  • Apply best practices and design patterns to build applications on the Lightning platform.
  • Proactively identify process inefficiencies and streamline or automate them.
  • Develop and improve reports, dashboards, and supporting process flows to provide reliable, accurate, and timely visibility into our Salesforce.com data.
  • Work closely with Sales & Operations teams to develop processes and controls to keep the database clean with accurate prospect and customer data.

 

Who You Are:

  • You are a self-starter and love solving challenges.

  • Demonstrated experience building business applications and capabilities with Salesforce Service Cloud, including process builder, workflows and custom objects.
  • 2+ years experience with Salesforce Lightning.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications such as Dialpad, Ortoo.
  • Proficient developing applications using Force.com using Apex with Lightning, or similar technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
