Salesforce Developer

RigUp is hiring an experienced, problem-solving Salesforce Developer who has supported high growth organizations. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be working in our Sales Operations team and responsible for the implementation and delivery of development projects as pertaining to Salesforce, as well as providing support when needed across our team of Salesforce Administrators & Salesforce Business Analysts.
What you'll do:
- Partner with internal Business Stakeholders, Product, BI & Engineering on technical planning and design for Salesforce.com
- Supply expertise in advanced Apex programming concepts including common design patterns, governor limit management techniques, bulk patterns, efficient and reliable trigger handling, and asynchronous operations
- Plan, write design documents, build, test, and deploy solutions within an agile framework and sprints that deliver high-quality code frequently
- Integrate Salesforce.com with other systems, including but not limited to Bullhorn, applications from acquired entities, and data warehouse
- Engage in code and technical design reviews of solution implementations to ensure code quality and standard methodologies are maintained
- Analyze business performance and manage stakeholder requirements primarily related to the Salesforce environment
- Advise the organization when necessary on how to best utilize the data within Salesforce and reporting warehouse
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
- Partner directly with business units to identify system needs, gather requirements, assist with prioritization, and successful project delivery
- Look at the SFDC ecosystem strategically and advise stakeholders on ways to improve their processes
- Provide technical mentorship and feedback to other team members and their projects
What you should have:
- 5+ years of development experience on Salesforce.com platform and integrations
- Experience with Apex Controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, Test Classes, Salesforce Framework practices, Visualforce, Lightning Component Bundles, Lightning App Builder, Lightning Console, Salesforce Lightning Community Template
- Demonstrated ability to work across platforms, participate in multiple projects, and solve technical and business problems; expert-level understanding of API level integrations between applications
- Solid experience and understanding of databases, schema design, ER diagramming and Salesforce database languages SOQL, SOSL
- Experience with data migration and ETL/integration tools
- Ability to work in a distributed, team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
- Self-starter, capable of working through problems quickly
