WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Serves as the Functional leader for Salesforce CPQ projects, potentially onsite at client locations
  • Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce platforms and products according to best practice
  • Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality
  • Define business outcomes and success criteria
  • Engage with customer stakeholders, project management, product owner, SMEs, and our internal delivery team to design and deliver the best possible solution
  • Provide thought leadership on improving customer operations through the use of Salesforce
  • Perform fit-gap analysis between customer requirements and Salesforce capabilities
  • Create solution design documentation, including user stories and process flows
  • Create solution design documentation, including user stories and process flows
  • Run 1-3 day Business Process Review workshops with a large number of attendees across disparate groups. Effectively manage the room & agenda to drive understanding of requirements and consensus on the proposed solution


REQUIREMENTS

  • Current Salesforce CPQ certification
  • Completed both Billing and Advanced Billing Superbadges on Trailhead
  • 2+ years of successful CPQ and/or Billing implementation experience
  • 4+ years of CRM industry experience (Salesforce Preferred)
  • Software Consulting experience (Enterprise experience preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of Salesforce platform experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Expert understanding of Lead-to-Order processes, including sales, product strategies, pricing methodologies, subscription management, and order management
  • Expert understanding of Billing processes, including invoicing, revenue recognition, taxation, credits & debits, and payment systems
  • Proven ability to design and optimize Revenue Cloud-related business processes and integrate across disparate systems
  • Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to meaningfully gather requirements from client SMEs, including finance and accounting experts
  • Additional active Salesforce certifications (Strong preference for Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, and Revenue Consultant accreditation
  • Experience writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements
  • Experience with data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US

ADDITIONAL

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
