KEY ROLES
- Gather business, marketing and technical requirements
- Translate requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and ecosystem
- Execute/develop those solutions, including platform configurations, integrations, data migrations and developing custom reporting dashboards
- Execute complex marketing automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, using Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, CloudPages and beyond
- Train/enable marketers and business users to leverage Salesforce in their roles to derive insights and drive revenue
- Serve as escalation point of contact for technical issues
QUALITIES
- 10+ years experience in digital marketing, marketing operations or marketing technology within a leading brand, agency, strategy consulting firm or martech platform, using Salesforce or similar marketing automation and CRM tools
- 5+ years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects
- 2+ years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations
- 2+ years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/Visualforce), integrations, and developing and executing data migrations
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Administrator certified
- Demonstrable knowledge of XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS and EAI processes
- Demonstrable knowledge of AMPscript, HTML and CSS
- Success influencing and managing stakeholders across the organization to get work done on time and budget
- Success training, enabling and supporting Salesforce users across sales, marketing and other business teams
- Experience as a people manager a plus
- Experience with franchisor/franchisee organizations a plus
