Healthgrades is focused on providing trusted information that allows consumers to receive more transparency and confidence around their healthcare. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will join the Healthgrades Technical Support Team where you will address and resolve external and internal client support questions and issues related to the company’s products and applications.

What you will do:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical application support issues 
  • Build subject matter expertise on the product portfolio, and drive issues towards timely resolution
  • Leverage excellent soft skills to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a technical liaison between internal teams and external customers
  • Update stakeholders on the progress of issues
  • Reproduce technical issues and their resolution 
  • Host screen sharing sessions with customers as appropriate in order to define technical issues and/or concerns 
  • Partner with engineering teams to provide clear technical issue details to facilitate a clear understanding of the problem definition
  • Engage with clients and business departments to understand key business objectives to inform ideal customer outcomes
  • Assist in knowledge article creation for repeat issues

What you will bring:

  • A passion for troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Solutions-orientated critical thinking
  • Excellent context switching skills as you manage a queue of reported issues
  • Experience in Technical Support or related CS experience
  • Eagerness to learn and continually improve
  • Superb soft skills and empathy for the customer, with a particular emphasis on verbal and written communication
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, APIs, front/back ends, browsers, UI/UX
  • Bonus: Salesforce experience and certifications and customer success experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $46,000-$55,000 annually
  • Bonus: up to 5% annually
