Tenfold is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to help influence and build our sales analytics and productivity suite of products. We are looking for well-rounded back-end or full stack engineers who are passionate about building and delivering reliable, scalable micro-services and infrastructure for cloud and on-premise product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement REST-based microservices in Node.js
• Play a critical role in all architecture, coding, testing, and deployment decisions
• Produce engineering specifications, delivery estimates, and implement solutions based on product requirements
• Collaborate with peers on specifications, code reviews, and testing
• Produce unit and automated end-to-end tests to improve code quality and maximize code coverage for new and existing features

Requirements

• 5 years of professional software development experience
• Node.js, Java, Scala or Python experience; Node.js is preferred as that is our primary development language
• NoSQL database experience
• Experience with large volumes of data and rigorous processing time constraints
• Great communication skills
• BS in Computer Science or commensurate industry experience

Preferred

• Experience with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud
• Experience with machine learning
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery
• Experience instrumenting code for gathering production performance metrics
